The Operations Logistics Coordinator at Lilliput Play Homes is responsible for managing the logistics of playhouse installations, ensuring timely delivery and installation while maintaining cost efficiency. This role involves coordinating with installation crews, transportation providers, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to optimize logistics operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Play House installation with customers, ensuring deadlines are met in coordination with the production manager.
• Coordinate employee installation crews, effectively communicating project details and logistics.
• Book transportation providers, rental cars, flights, hotel accommodations, and necessary equipment rentals for installation crews.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers to ensure best pricing and quality delivery.
• Analyze and optimize logistics operations, including sourcing and procurement, to minimize costs and improve deliveries.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of logistics operations, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Assist team members to best serve potential or existing customers and support the company's growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and optimize logistics operations.
• Experience in demand planning and category management.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
