About the position

As an Operations Management Analyst at CBRE, you will provide essential day-to-day operations and administrative support within the Finance and Purchasing department. This role involves coordinating staff functions and operations to align with the organization's goals and strategies, ensuring effective budget management and service delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate budget preparation and research input from various resources.
  • Review monthly department budget reports to maintain expense controls.
  • Prepare commentary and explanations of variances for management review.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests from clients.
  • Track department processes to identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
  • Compile operating, financial, and statistical information reports.
  • Gather information for periodic updates on project resources and fiscal plans.
  • Assist in developing project plans and costs, including personnel and fiscal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience in analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and fractions.
