About the position

The Operations Management Leadership Development Program is designed for engineers looking to advance their careers. Over a period of 18-24 months, participants will gain practical experience in various critical areas including plant operations, staffing, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance. Upon completion, individuals will transition into Facility Management roles at various sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in plant operations and staffing.
  • Learn about Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices.
  • Understand operational efficiencies and asset maintenance.
  • Participate in capital planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or industrial-related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong desire to grow in management.
