Operations Manager - ABA Center

About the position

The Operations Manager at Key Autism Services will oversee the daily operations of the ABA Center in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is crucial for managing the center's schedule, maintaining facility compliance, and ensuring the effective training and onboarding of behavior therapists. The Operations Manager will also handle supply management, support the behavioral therapist team, and coordinate special events, all while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming behavior therapist training and center schedule.
• Maintain the center facility and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Keep supplies up to date and manage inventory for facility and client needs.
• Coordinate behavior therapist hiring and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate new hire training and orientation.
• Create and maintain the center schedule for behavior therapists.
• Coordinate shift coverage and schedule changes.
• Manage general reception tasks at the front desk.
• Prepare weekly operational reports for the Center Director.
• Support the behavioral therapist team and promote job satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with autism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
