About the position

The Operations Manager at Behringer will oversee administrative, accounting, property management, and HR functions to support the Executive Team and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, from scheduling and office management to accounting and vendor coordination, within a family-owned real estate investment company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative efforts for the Executive Team
  • Complete accounting activities including payables and payroll processing
  • Manage office operations and serve as the on-site resource for team members
  • Coordinate property management activities and vendor interactions
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and liaise with the PEO

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of executive administrative support experience
  • 1 year of accounting experience
  • 1 year of real estate administrative experience
  • 1 year of human resources experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Certified Notary Public

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Intacct accounting system
  • Comfortable working independently in an office setting
  • Strong communication skills for professional interactions
