About the position

The Operations Manager for The Odom Corporation will oversee the Warehouse, Hostling, and Administrative teams for Hawaii Beer Neighbor Island Operations. This role focuses on strategic planning and tactical execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency across the company's operations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and develop the Warehouse, Hostling, and Administrative teams for Hawaii Beer Neighbor Island Operations.
  • Strategic planning and tactical execution of approved plans to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Manage human resources and systems related to warehouse and inventory control.
  • Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
  • Oversee the Administrative team responsible for communication with the Sales team and shipping companies.
  • Manage the Port Driver/Hostler operations, including fleet and delivery procedures.
  • Investigate and introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions for consideration.
  • Responsible for inventory control of Hawaii Beer & NA product.
  • Manage the rental space in the warehouse.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • CDL A License is required.
  • Minimum ten years of related experience in a distribution environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
  • Proven experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects related to facilities and personnel.
  • Experience in budget preparation and fiscal management.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
