About the position

The Operations Manager at our behavioral healthcare facility in Casa Grande, AZ, is responsible for overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and driving clinical improvements across designated programs. This role is essential for ensuring high standards of care and supporting clinical enhancements, while coordinating care protocols and managing discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the behavioral healthcare facility.

• Ensure continuity of care post-medical intervention.
• Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; strongly prefer a degree.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Inpatient psychiatric experience required.
• Must have a valid license and a clean driving record.
