About the position

The Operations Manager for Client Products/Services at Transworld Systems, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the enrollment of products and services, ensuring high productivity among Customer Service Specialists, and acting as the subject matter expert for retail programs. This role involves providing ongoing training, participating in client reviews, and recommending process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conducts, evaluates and provides feedback regarding Products & Services Enrollments
• Become the department SME and single point of contact for retail programs
• Improve Customer Service Specialist productivity regarding program enrollments
• Participate in client monthly business reviews
• Provide on-going product training and mentoring
• Monitoring, evaluating and managing the number of calls marked as transfer eligible
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of previous management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• High degree of confidentiality
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong work ethic that exhibits high ethical and moral standards
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage time to ensure production standards are maintained.
