About the position

The Operations Manager for Client Products/Services at Transworld Systems Inc. is responsible for overseeing the enrollment of products and services, enhancing customer service productivity, and providing ongoing training and mentoring. This remote position emphasizes leadership, communication, and process improvement within a team-oriented environment, aiming to deliver exceptional customer relationship management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts, evaluates and provides feedback regarding Products & Services Enrollments
  • Become the department SME and single point of contact for retail programs
  • Improve Customer Service Specialist productivity regarding program enrollments
  • Participate in client monthly business reviews
  • Provide on-going product training and mentoring
  • Monitoring, evaluating and managing the number of calls marked as transfer eligible
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of previous management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong work ethic that exhibits high ethical and moral standards
  • Effective time management skills to ensure production standards are maintained.
