About the position

The Operations Manager for Client Products/Services at Transworld Systems, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the enrollment and management of products and services, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for retail programs, providing training and mentoring, and participating in client business reviews. The position is remote, offering a team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts, evaluates and provides feedback regarding Products & Services Enrollments
  • Become the department SME and single point of contact for retail programs
  • Improve Customer Service Specialist productivity regarding program enrollments
  • Participate in client monthly business reviews
  • Provide on-going product training and mentoring
  • Monitoring, evaluating and managing the number of calls marked as transfer eligible
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of previous management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong work ethic that exhibits high ethical and moral standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage time effectively to ensure production standards are maintained.
