About the position

As an Operations Manager at Action Behavior Centers (ABC), you will oversee the overall operations of a facility dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism. This role emphasizes creating a supportive work environment for your team, ensuring compliance with safety and financial standards, and fostering strong relationships with families. Your leadership will be crucial in driving clinical excellence and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility.
• Cultivate a supportive work environment for the team.
• Ensure compliance with financial, safety, and operational standards.
• Track monthly KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Establish connections with families and provide guidance during onboarding.
• Attract, engage, and retain 25-50 team members delivering clinical excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans for team members.
• Plan monthly and quarterly team events and celebrations.
• Partner with clinic admissions and department leaders to ensure operational quality.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or district management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or considerable people management experience required.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) to work effectively with children with developmental delays and their families.
• Strong professional communication skills among department leaders.
• Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices.
