About the position

The Operations Manager at Express Leasing, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the employee experience and promoting the company's brand through various channels, including social media. This position involves leading new hire orientations and streamlining the orientation process, all while serving as a Brand Ambassador for ELE Logistics. The Operations Manager will also engage with the community to boost brand awareness and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with truck drivers by providing legendary world-class customer service.
• Participate in community events to create more brand awareness.
• Utilize various social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and Facebook.
• Revive, revamp, and streamline orientation processes under the direction of the Head of People Operations.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for ELE Logistics.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and projects as needed.
• Implement ways to increase driver engagement and retention.
• Work on revising ELE's career website.
• Leverage HR platforms and leading-edge technology such as Axonify.
