The Real Estate Management and Development Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and manage property portfolios in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they meet high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Oversee leasing, tenant relations, and occupancy processes, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute property development and renovation opportunities.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or operational issues.
• Support the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, including due diligence and market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in property management, real estate development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations, market trends, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
