About the position

The Operations Manager/Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Training Center of Central Texas and Lampasas County Higher Education Center. This role is crucial for coordinating classes, managing staff, and ensuring efficient operations at both sites, while also facilitating communication between the two locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and logistics at both locations.
  • Coordinate class schedules, instructor assignments, and lab setups.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Training Center and Lampasas location.
  • Track student enrollments, payments, and class attendance.
  • Manage the ordering and allocation of lab materials and supplies.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the Director on student enrollment, class schedules, and any operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and training regulations.
  • Work closely with administrative and teaching staff to maintain high standards of education.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or training environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple locations or departments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in task management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
