About the position

As an Operations Manager - Distribution at Restaurant Technologies, you will lead the distribution team to achieve depot results while ensuring high standards in safety, customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role involves workforce planning, employee engagement, and collaboration with the General Manager to meet financial goals and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
• Accountability for workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Manage performance management, recognition, and development of team members.
• Enforce a safety-driven culture and operational excellence.
• Create a customer-focused culture, ensuring customer needs are met across services and support teams.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with the General Manager to meet financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the P&L budgets and metrics for Distribution operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in operations with 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of managing customer service challenges and wins.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational goals.
• Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams.
