• Ensure adherence to ASC 606 guidelines in revenue recognition practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with financial objectives.
• Provide training and support to team members on financial concepts and accounting practices.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including financial statement preparation, cost management, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with treasury management practices and ASC 606 regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving operational goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.
• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
