The Operations Manager at CentiMark Corporation is responsible for overseeing the installation and completion of flooring projects, ensuring safety and employee relations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning for growth and profitability, as well as managing daily operations and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate flooring project installations.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Manage employee relations and safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough inspections of job sites before and after projects.
• Forecast financial outlook for the office on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Address problems that arise during installations promptly.
• Communicate effectively with management and employees.
• Recruit and retain qualified employees for the branch.
• Set goals and conduct performance reviews for branch employees.
• Review daily safety paperwork and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous Flooring/Construction Operations Management experience required.
• Good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time management skills.
• Valid State driver's license in good standing is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
