  • Oversee recruiting, training, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Manage purchasing and work center operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor and drive profitability through effective management of COGS and P&L.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest relations.
  • Implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience leading teams in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong background in training and development.
  • Extremely strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience with P&L construction and restaurant profitability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and systems-oriented management approach.

Nice-to-haves

  • Restaurant Rescue experience.
  • Experience with managing prime cost drivers and ticket times.
