• Serve as the central point of communication for the entire team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Streamline operations, including fleet logistics and team scheduling.
• Use company-specific software for scheduling and fleet management.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Strong background in customer service and managing client concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to solve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Los Angeles neighborhoods and traffic patterns.
