About the position

The Operations Manager in Training is responsible for enhancing the fitness experience at ESPORTA FITNESS clubs by creating a clean, fun, and friendly environment. This role involves training and motivating staff, generating revenue, maintaining club cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. There are opportunities for advancement to higher management positions such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized club environment.
• Generate revenue through effective management practices.
• Ensure a fun and friendly atmosphere for club members.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
