About the position

The Operations Management Leadership Development Program is designed for transitioning or former military professionals, focusing on creating a clear career growth and promotion track within the petroleum industry. Participants will undergo hands-on training in various operational aspects over a period of 18-24 months, ultimately leading to a Facility Management position at one of the company's sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training in plant operations and staffing/scheduling.
• Gain experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices.
• Learn about operational efficiencies and asset maintenance/integrity/capital planning.
• Relocate to another Ergon site for a Facility Management position after program completion.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a technical discipline or industrial-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Willingness to relocate up to two times during and after the program.
• Ability to listen to feedback and take on challenging assignments.
• Military Veterans are highly desirable.
