About The Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing technical, administrative, and financial controls for contractor range operations, maintenance, and support. This role ensures compliance with contract requirements and oversees the quality of all contractor range functions, including logistics, security, training, and documentation. The Operations Manager also coordinates range scheduling, manages personnel coverage, and provides recommendations for operational improvements.
