About the position

The Operations Manager at Nature's Blooms is responsible for overseeing the Bronx-based warehouse and logistics operations while also managing marketing efforts and administrative functions. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient logistics processes, accurate inventory control, and effective marketing strategies to promote the company's wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Bronx warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely shipping, and efficient logistics processes.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and customer returns, including handling customer inquiries and refunds promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage influencer/creator partnerships, social media strategies, and content creation.
• Provide oversight and direction to virtual assistants handling outreach, campaigns, and marketing tasks.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow the business.
• Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, sending of contracts, overseeing documentation, and organizing internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and manage communications with external partners and stakeholders.
• Handle customer service inquiries as needed, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

Requirements

• Strong background in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Solid understanding of administrative processes, data entry, and marketing support.
• Ability to manage marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and provide direction to marketing team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and handling complex tasks.
• Strong communication skills for managing both internal teams and external customer relations.
