The Operations Manager at Ridwell will lead the Los Angeles team, overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring efficient execution of processes. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage staff performance.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor inventory levels.
• Implement best practices to optimize productivity and safety.
• Foster a positive team culture and motivate employees.
• Plan routes and ensure proper staffing for operations.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Create, iterate, and improve standard operating procedures.
• Handle inventory counts of bins, bags, and supplies as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders for proper material management and delivery.
• Oversee productivity and KPIs for fleet and warehouse teams.
• Train and act as a backup driver as needed.
• Work with the Regional Director to optimize economic performance of operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations supervision or similar experience.
• Experience in startup growth or fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience hiring and training teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience may substitute.
