The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing program revenue while ensuring profitability through effective management of revenue, margins, billing, and retention. This role also emphasizes the importance of training and development, ensuring that the program has proficient training, staff development, and effective employee relations and recognition programs. In addition to revenue growth, the Operations Manager will be tasked with team management, which includes selecting, training, developing, and managing the performance of direct reports and their teams. This involves planning and assigning work in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Leadership and guidance are crucial, as the Operations Manager will provide direction to direct reports, ensuring consistent administration of company policies and standards while implementing corrective actions as needed. The role also requires a strong focus on client service level agreements, where the Operations Manager will analyze and maintain all agreements, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
