In this role, the Operations Manager will be tasked with several essential functions, including revenue growth, where they will maintain and grow program revenue while ensuring profitability through effective management of revenue, margins, billing, and retention. Training and development are also key components, as the manager will ensure that the program has proficient training, staff development, and effective employee relations and recognition programs in place. Team management is another critical responsibility, which involves selecting, training, developing, and managing the performance of direct reports and their teams. The Operations Manager will provide leadership and guidance to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary. They will also analyze and maintain all client service level agreements, implementing improvement plans as needed to ensure compliance with active contracts. The role requires a strong focus on client relationships, where the Operations Manager will assist in facilitating open communication, understanding client perspectives and expectations, and monitoring client satisfaction. Additionally, they will partner with the Client Success Team to leverage and expand new business opportunities from clients.
