This includes hiring, training, and supervising all Mental Health Technician (MHT) staff. The Operations Manager will supervise a team to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to policies and procedures, identifying all necessary resources required and potential barriers. The role requires providing supervision through daily calls and on-site observation, and the Operations Manager will be on call 24/7 to address any urgent matters that arise. In this role, the Operations Manager will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of care that United Recovery Project is known for, ensuring that all staff are well-trained and supported in their roles. The position offers a supportive work environment with high staffing ratios, allowing for a focus on quality patient care. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and AHCA standards, and will be expected to maintain exemplary documentation skills. This position is vital to the success of our programs and the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing general daily operations of the facility.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising all MHT Staff.
  • Supervising a team to assure timely completion of work and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Identifying all necessary resources required and potential barriers.
  • Providing supervision through daily calls and on-site observation.
  • Being on call 24/7.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience working in primary Mental Health/Psych domain.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience within a primary mental health or psychiatric facility preferred.
  • Possess passion and compassion for patient care.
  • Proficiency in KIPU Super Admin.
  • Exemplary documentation skills.
  • Strong familiarity and expertise in Joint Commission and AHCA standards.
  • Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check.
