About the position

The Operations Manager at ProDriven Global Brands will lead the manufacturing department, focusing on operational excellence and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role is essential for enhancing productivity, efficiency, and product quality while promoting a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to all manufacturing departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales for cohesive manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the manufacturing organization.

Nice-to-haves

• BA/BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Business Administration; MBA strongly preferred.
