The Personal Injury Operations Manager at Brandon J. Responsibilities

  • Participate in staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to improve productivity.
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for operations support members and functional department managers.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to improve Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS).
  • Ensure effective communication standards between attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
  • Implement improved technology solutions for communication and case management.
  • Oversee training on case management and communication across the organization.
  • Implement improved handoff processes as cases move through their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to drive revenue-producing process improvements.
  • Analyze case profitability, control costs, and ensure proper resource use.
  • Monitor financial performance and generate reports for partners.
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of case management flows and IT infrastructure.
  • Implement systems to improve AI, document automation, e-discovery, and case tracking.
  • Work with business leadership on marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Analyze client satisfaction and lead generation data to inform business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, including client confidentiality and data protection.
  • Manage risk through diligent monitoring of case management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years in operations management, preferably in legal services.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law or legal case management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in case management systems and legal technology.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Experience in performance evaluations and employee engagement.
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and communication.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations and risk management practices.
  • Familiarity with legal software, AI, and document automation.
