Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Operations/Branch Management role.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate and DASH preferred but not required.
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged.
• Strong knowledge in commercial and residential restoration projects.
• Ability to oversee staff and projects.
