About the position

As an Operations Manager at Target's Regional Distribution Center in Oconomowoc, WI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that products are delivered to guests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with skills to engage and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures for operational updates.
