About the position

The Operations Manager at Treetop Therapy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ABA centers, ensuring efficient functioning in areas such as scheduling, staffing, and resource management. This role involves close collaboration with the Clinical Director and the clinical and operations teams to deliver high-quality services while adhering to regulatory standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the efficient operation of the center.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and support staff.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and manage inventory and supplies.
• Develop and manage the center's budget and monitor expenses.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and develop risk management strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between Behavior Technicians and the company, ensuring their needs are addressed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Active RBT Certification or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
