The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's Operations Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all functions and the upkeep of the airport advertising program on-site. This role requires daily presence at the airport and involves direct collaboration with Regional Operations Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients, as well as Airport Management staff. The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business by planning and executing airport operations while ensuring continued revenue generation. The Operations Manager will manage advertising program assets, operations, and in-field personnel (if applicable) at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). All work is performed on-site at the airport, where the Operations Manager acts as the frontline of operations for the airport contract, providing the highest level of service, urgency, and communication to airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients. Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Airport Management and facilities staff is essential. Additionally, the Operations Manager will oversee all advertising program inventory within the airport, ensuring it is maintained in ‘like new’ condition while adhering to company operational Standards of Excellence. This includes troubleshooting and deploying plans of action to repair or replace printed or digital inventory as needed, monitoring CCA digital advertising networks, and managing third-party service/maintenance and tech support contractors. The role also involves performing weekly market program audits of all advertising display inventory to ensure functionality and cleanliness, providing Proof of Posting photographs of client campaigns, and working with the Regional Operations Manager to create and manage the capital investment budget for revenue-generating resources and ongoing operational expenses.
