This position requires a qualified and motivated individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align on the DDR technology roadmap, manage the internal product development cycle, and oversee the ASICS/DDR qualification window and lead time. You will closely monitor demand and manage supply to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification schedule and volume production, which is essential for enabling revenue shipment. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to develop the necessary systems and tools for approval, reporting, and tracking, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong strategic mindset coupled with methodical execution capabilities. You should be highly analytical and have robust program management skills. A combination of business experience and strong interpersonal communication skills is essential, as you will need to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including the sales and field teams, to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities

  • Work with S & OP and Factory Operations to ensure proper demand is released and loaded to supplier and CM, aligning to the customer orders or potential orders.
  • Partner with GOQ (BOPS, Global Logistics, Customer Ops, Procurement) and legal compliance team to ensure order process and fulfillment process is carried out smoothly to meet on time delivery KPI to customers.
  • Ensure system transaction accuracy. Investigate and resolve all order transaction related discrepancies, including root cause analysis and communication to help prevent future issues.
  • Act as a key contact window and voice for AMD sales/field team and customers. Timely update on shipment status. Expedite with internal partners to resolve any issues in expedited fashion.
  • Monitor ERP system integrity and drive business system gaps. Work with GOQ, IT and Finance to automate system transaction to improve efficiency and minimize error.
  • Own finished goods inventory management (Boards and ASIC) and support finished goods inventory reduction initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years related working experience
  • Strong customer service focus, attention to detail and ability to 'herd cats' will be integral to delivering a great experience for customers.
  • System focused, sound ERP experience.
  • Process oriented, organized, adaptive and dependable team player.
  • Strong project/program management skills and abilities
  • Strong analytical skill with proven ability to present conclusions and recommendations to executive audiences.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work in matrix environment.
  • Good in building and leading cross regional teams
  • Keep up with flexibility to work cross time zone as needed.
