Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple locations, understanding the nuances of different market areas.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performance teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
