About the position

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store crew activities
• Communicate effectively with store crew and supervisors
• Support Store Manager in operational and service improvement plans
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Advanced communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight, and weekends

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
