About the position

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of properties and staff in accordance with JLL's standards and procedures. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining site services, performance, processes, and quality standards, while striving for innovation and cost efficiency in service delivery. The Operations Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to enhance the facility experience and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems.
  • Analyze trends and utilize data to proactively address issues in the client environment.
  • Conduct planned inspections of sites to ensure quality of services provided.
  • Develop and implement the overall Startup Plan for assigned projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor work requests to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and handle conflict resolution.
  • Prepare detailed budgets for operations and regular reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and operations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate financial acumen.
  • Valid state driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing custodial, landscaping, solid waste, and pest control programs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
