About The Position
The Operations Manager at Topgolf is responsible for supervising department managers and their teams to ensure best-in-class service. This role involves coaching and developing team members, driving associate engagement, and upholding operating standards to ensure guest and team safety and satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also manage venue operations, budgets, and spending, while forecasting and controlling sales and expenses. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to interact with guests to enhance their experience.
