About the position

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the growth and operational efficiency of Paul Gough Media's USA office. This position involves managing a team, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and fostering a positive company culture while supporting the CEO in various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment for US based positions
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly company rituals are continually developed and current ones adhered to
• Provide daily operational support, including world-class customer service, events organization, and fulfillment
• Support the CEO with travel arrangements and calendar management

Requirements

• At least two years of experience supervising/managing a team
• Strong analytical skills to draw insightful conclusions from data/KPIs
• Process and system-oriented with experience using CRM software
• Skilled in planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting efficiently
• Ability to focus on key priorities and follow through on commitments
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information proficiently
• Attention to detail to ensure important details are not overlooked
• Persistence and tenacity to complete tasks
• Proactive in bringing new ideas to the company
• Experience with hiring and firing
