About the position

EPS Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This role is crucial for overseeing the management and operation of our cyber range and computer test bed environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in program management, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Defense Industry. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing Army and Joint Cyber Training programs, ensuring that all operations align with our high standards and objectives. This position is contingent upon the award of the Proposed Contract, highlighting the importance of adaptability and readiness to meet the demands of a dynamic environment. In this role, the Operations Manager will oversee the operation and management of cyber range and computer test bed environments. They will plan, execute, and evaluate Army and Joint Cyber Training programs, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level DoD personnel and Defense Industry professionals will be essential to the success of this position. Additionally, the Operations Manager will ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity. Utilizing strong project management skills, the Operations Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all objectives are met within established timelines. A working knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management will be critical in this role, enabling the manager to make informed decisions and lead the team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and management of cyber range and computer test bed environments.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate Army and Joint Cyber Training programs.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level DoD personnel and Defense Industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management or senior-level DoD experience, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior-level DoD personnel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead cyber training programs effectively.
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
