• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive accountability.

• Support sales initiatives by providing operational insights that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
• Strong background in profit-loss management, business development, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability in project management with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise teams and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
