About the position

The HVAC Service Manager at Aire Serv is responsible for overseeing the operations of a service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring staff. This role involves managing day-to-day business systems, coordinating dispatching, job completion, and billing, while also maintaining compliance with company service standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality service and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class customer service by training, mentoring, and developing service staff.
• Review timecards, scheduling, dispatching, and material inventories to maximize operational efficiencies.
• Manage billing, warranty information, invoices, and assist with collections.
• Track commissions and respond to customer complaints to contribute to the overall growth of the service department.
• Operate a well-organized and profitable service department by interacting with customers and technicians.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management (HVAC field preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers, field staff, and office team
• Professional appearance and personality
• Patience for training and mentoring others
