The position is integral to enhancing team efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedules to verify material needs and communicate with inventory staff.
• Conduct final checks of job materials for accuracy and quality before jobs begin.
• Assemble and prepare job folders with necessary documentation and distribute them to department heads.
• Plan and oversee daily schedules for each department, adjusting as needed for priorities and conditions.
• Coordinate with department heads to anticipate upcoming jobs and confirm client appointments.
• Conduct follow-up calls to clients post-job to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report trends to management.
• Verify that completed job folders include all necessary documentation and ensure proper filing.
• Track and oversee follow-up tasks to ensure timely resolution and communication with department heads.
• Conduct daily reviews of completed jobs to identify issues and prepare for upcoming jobs.
