About the position

The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing services in the CRS program, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality service delivery according to individual support plans. This role involves staff supervision, program documentation, needs assessment, and effective communication with team members and families.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to maintain a team focused on Individual Support Plan (ISP) outcomes and client rights.
• Provide timely feedback on employees' job performance, including counseling and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee management of program staffing schedules to ensure consistent staffing.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices, fire preparedness, and operational processes.
• Conduct audits and reviews to maintain quality standards for safety, cleanliness, and licensing.
• Complete required trainings to become certified as a medication practicum observer.
• Assist the Program Supervisor with Medication Administration Regulation (MAR) reviews.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 4 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, or
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience, or
• Master's Degree and 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and health insurance rules is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Program Specialist experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams.
