Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily 3PL operations, including warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for ownership on operational success.
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a supportive and team-oriented culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in a 3PL environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and manage multiple priorities.
