About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, managing teams, and developing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance operational processes.
• Manage all phases of production activities including production planning.
• Direct supervision of all production personnel, shipping/receiving, and sanitation personnel.
• Conduct daily scheduling and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices, manufacturing procedures, and HACCP procedures.
• Assist Sr VP of Operations with inventory reports, inventory control, and inventory accounting.
• Establish manufacturing procedures and develop SOPs and SSOPs.
• Initiate disciplinary actions and documentation as necessary.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain the exterior plant grounds.
• Perform employee evaluations and manage various departments including Shipping Receiving, Transfer, Aseptic, Can Off, Breaking, Processing, and Plant Sanitation.

Requirements

• 5 years of leadership experience required.
• Ability to commute to Ripon, CA 95366.
