- Lead and supervise store crew activities

- Support Store Manager in operational and service improvement plans
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture
Requirements
- Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnight, and weekends
