Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of the food bank.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve operational capacity and processes.
• Recruit, motivate, and lead a high-performance team.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and accomplish annual goals and objectives.
• Offer guidance on operational policies and continuous improvement strategies.
• Identify and drive change initiatives to improve workflow and productivity.
• Research and analyze trends in operational areas to support strategic planning.
• Assist with cross-functional projects and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage staff workflow and performance, making staffing recommendations.
• Encourage staff development and professional growth opportunities.
• Oversee facilities management, safety, and security programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, AIB, and other relevant regulations.
• Monitor inventory control and logistics operations.
• Directly supervise Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Control Clerk, and Reclamation Coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Six years of direct experience in food distribution.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in facilities management is desired.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and reports.
• Proficient in computer software programs including word processing.
