About the position

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities who can drive business development and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will manage various operational aspects, including project management, sales strategies, and profit loss analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic planning processes to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce/negotiate costs.
• Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with all in-house and third-party contractors.

Requirements

• Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with painting, light electrical, light plumbing, tile work, sheetrock, ceiling tiles, asphalt and concrete repair.
