• Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members in their department
• Executing systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
• Delivering Chick-fil-A's Recipe for Service
• Implementing cash management best practices
• Scheduling based on allocated benchmarks
• Preparing agendas for leadership meetings
• Aligning daily practices with the organization's vision and annual goals
• Coaching front counter behaviors including proper bagging and maintaining cleanliness
• Implementing innovations to improve Operational Excellence
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all department members
• Delivering weekly performance reports to the leadership team

Requirements

• 2+ years of Leadership Experience
• Full Time Availability (40+ hours)
